1. General Information
Ohh So Sticky specializes in creating custom personalised and non personalised vinyl decal transfers for our customers. By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into contracts and agree to abide by the terms set forth in these Terms of Service.
2. Order Process and Personalisation
After you place an order, we carefully review your customisation details, including design, text, size, and color. Our team ensures everything is accurate before proceeding with production. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided for customisation is correct before submitting your order. Please double-check any spelling and capital letters in your personalised text.
Please note: for most personalised vinyl decals, we cannot provide exact dimensions in the listing descriptions as this will depend on your personalisation. Please reach out via email if you would like to know exact sizes before ordering. If we have any issues or questions about your order, we will reach out to you for clarification.
Designing: Once we confirm all the details, we will design your custom decal and add in your personalised text. If we need to make any minor adjustments, we will send you the designs and wait for approval before moving forward. Please note: If we do not receive approval for your order adjustments within 3 days, we will proceed with cancelling your order.
Vinyl Selection and Cutting: We select the appropriate high-quality vinyl material based on your chosen design. For designs with multiple colors or intricate shapes, our cutting machine uses precision to cut the vinyl into the required shapes and sizes. The cutting process ensures clean and smooth edges, ready for application. Orders cannot be cancelled nor changed once they have moved to the "cutting" stage.
Weeding: After the vinyl has been cut, we move to the "weeding" process. This involves removing the excess vinyl that is not part of the design. The result is a clean decal that’s ready for transfer.
Transfer Tape Application: Once the design is weeded, we apply a layer of transfer tape over the vinyl decal. This helps transfer the design smoothly to the desired surface during installation. The transfer tape ensures the design stays in place and allows for easy positioning.
Quality Control: We inspect every decal carefully to ensure the cut, color, and finish meet our quality standards. If there are any defects or issues, we resolve them before packaging and shipping your order.
Packaging: Your custom vinyl decals are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely without damage. We include clear instructions for installation, so you can apply your decals easily and professionally.
Shipping: Once your vinyl decal is printed, inspected, and packaged, we ship it to the address provided at checkout. If you purchased tracked shipping, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your orders journey.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in British Pounds and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Once your custom vinyl decals are made, they will be shipped to the address you provided at checkout. Production time is typically 3-5 business days, and shipping time will depend on the shipping method chosen and your location.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for shipping address errors or delays due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for undeliverable packages or address corrections.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our vinyl decals, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on our products unless there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect design or defect). If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and provide a solution, such as a replacement or refund if applicable.
6. Quality and Care
We take great pride in creating high-quality products, and our vinyl decals are made from durable, long-lasting materials. However, it is important that you follow the care instructions (mentioned in the listing descriptions) and installation instructions provided with your order. Failure to do so may affect the appearance or longevity of the decal.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, logos, and content displayed on our website, including custom designs submitted by customers, are protected by copyright laws. By submitting your custom design or artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the design and that it does not infringe on any intellectual property rights.
By purchasing a product from us, you grant us the right to use your design with your personalised text for promotional purposes (e.g., showcasing the design on our website or social media) unless you specifically request that it not be used in this way.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all customisations (such as text, size, design and color) are correct before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for errors or issues caused by customer input. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.
